| DESCRIPTION |
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Install and configure end user equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.).
This position requires travel to job sites in the Netherlands and Germany.
Major Job Function:
- Install and configure end user desktop equipment, to include workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware.
- Image and install system software, to include user applications.
- Generate disk images for workstations and laptops implementation.
- Load disk images on workstations and laptops.
- Install application software as needed.
- Configure system components as needed.
- Maintain network documentation and system configuration documentation on an on-going basis.
Qualifications:
- Requires several years experience with the installation, integration and configuration of user end equipment.
- Requires several years experience with user desktop support (user settings, configurations, etc.)
- Help desk experience is a plus.
- Current NATO Secret clearance (Plus).
